Shannon Promoted to Operations Manager

Rhonda Shannon has been selected to lead Mountain Valley Bank’s Operations Department.  Shannon brings decades of strong knowledge and operational expertise to her new position.  Shannon began her career with Mountain Valley in 2000 and has served in the roles of teller, Item Processing Coordinator, Digital Banking Manager and Data Applications Manager.  Shannon is a graduate of Coalton High School, attended Randolph Technical Center and has successfully completed numerous ABA Banking Courses.  Shannon resides in Norton with her husband, Timothy.  They have two sons, Joshua and Dylan; three grandchildren, Novah, Clover and Artemis.  Shannon is the daughter of Roger Hogue and the late Sandra Hogue of Norton.
