At Mountain Valley Bank, N.A., the roots of community banking and first in class customer service run deep. Our organization has been serving the citizens of Randolph and Tucker Counties, West Virginia, for well over a century.

Headquartered in Elkins, Mountain Valley Bank, N.A. was formed through a merger combining The First National Bank of Parsons and the Bank of Mill Creek. The First National Bank of Parsons was chartered by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency on December 14, 1909. The Bank of Mill Creek was chartered by the state of West Virginia on August 8, 1911. The merger of these two banks received regulatory approval and were combined as Mountain Valley Bank, N.A. effective October 1, 1992. Mountain Valley Bank, N.A. is a wholly owned banking subsidiary of Mountain-Valley Bancshares, Inc., also headquartered in Elkins.

For 116 years in the small communities of Randolph and Tucker Counties, Mountain Valley Bank, N.A. has grown in size and scope, but remains a community bank dedicated to customer first banking, as well as the betterment of the communities we serve.
