IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Please be aware there has been a noticeable increase in telephone scams with callers impersonating bank employees.  An incoming scam call may even appear to be from Mountain Valley Bank.  If you receive one of these calls, hang up and call our main office at 304-637-2265.  Do not provide the caller any personal information, your online banking password, or PIN.  We may need to verify personal information if you call us, but we will never initiate a call to you to ask for your personal information.
